Advocate. He specializes in the areas of media law, intellectual property protection, data protection and privacy, and IT law.
He represents and advises, among others, leading European clients in the media industry. He works with entrepreneurs pursuing innovative technological projects, in particular in the field of e-commerce, IT, and mobile marketing. He was engaged as a legal consultant in a number of projects that implemented advanced IT systems.
He gained experience while cooperating for several years with a leading Polish law firm and an international media corporation operating in Poland. He has also been advising clients in the German-speaking area for many years.
Through the Private Lawyer program, he prepares and implements strategies for protection of personality and publicity rights.
In parallel to his professional activity he is completing his PhD thesis in copyright law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University.
He works freely in Polish, German, and English.
In 2013, he was recommended by the publication The Legal 500: Europe, Middle East & Africa in the field of intellectual property rights.
